Tell us about your event, your overall vision and what you'd like the performance to achieve. We'll do our thing and come back to you with a bespoke concept, budget and performance details.
Planning + Creating
We get to work! Mapping out the performance, how to stage it, what music to use, how to incorporate lighting and vision. We'll update you with exciting developments.
Rehearsing
Rehearse. Rehearse. Rehearse.We get our chorographers, musicians, dancers, singers (and the rest of the cast) into the rehearsal room and plan out the show in detail.
Production
Time codes, click tracks, wireless IEM units... Our in-house production team take care of all the associated tech, vision, audio and lighting.
Showtime
The stage is set.

FAQs
It’s a once off, custom, live ‘moment’. It’s something that amplifies your event, connects with your audience and helps to create incredible atmosphere.
It can be a showstopping gala ball opener with dancers, singers and instrumentalist, kicking off an evening with energy and focus.
It can be a half time performance at a large sporting event (think the Superbowl!), used to entertain ticketholders and rev up the crowd.
It can be a ballet dancer and violin duet, set to an emotional video to highlight a charity cause.
It can be a house band on a live TV broadcast across the nation.
PS : We’ve done all of the above.
There are a few ways to go about this. We can either create a custom concept to your pre-determined budget or we can quote up the vision and offer you a sliding scale of how much the performance will cost. All our custom quotes are ‘all inclusive’, meaning you won’t have any last minute cost surprises!
Usually we’d allow 10 weeks from concept to creation, however, it’s flexible.
We’ve created beautiful, impactful and show stopping performances for Ronald McDonald House Charity Ball, Variety WA, Telethon, McDonalds, Western Force and The Brainchild Ball… to name a few.
